We started The ChangeUp because we saw a gap: families & athletes often face the sports world without the tools, knowledge, or support they need. As parents who’ve navigated youth sports all the way to success, we knew we could help others avoid pitfalls, seize opportunities & build confidence, clarity & collaborative success - both on & off the field.
